OCD stands for Outstanding Care Delivered.

OCD Outstanding Care Delivered LLC (branded as OCD Care Group) is a home care and supportive services company built around a simple idea: every person deserves care that feels personal, not procedural. We started in Indiana, and we’re now growing into Michigan — with the same standard of care in every state we operate.

Our name isn’t an accident. Every client, every family, every caregiver interaction is measured against one question: is this outstanding? Not adequate. Not average. Outstanding.

Our Story

Built on family, grown by referral.

OCD Care Group started with a straightforward goal: give families a home care partner they could actually trust — one that treats caregiving as a calling, not just a service line. What began as a single-state operation in Indiana has grown through word of mouth from families, caseworkers, and discharge planners who saw the difference outstanding care makes.

As we’ve grown, we’ve stayed intentional about how: every state operation remains connected to the same company values and standards while following the requirements that apply in that state. Michigan is our next chapter.

About the Founder

Built from personal experience, professional purpose, and a commitment to families.

Our founder spent years as the primary caregiver for her own mother, who was diagnosed with a terminal illness. That personal experience, combined with her professional background in healthcare, shaped the foundation of OCD Outstanding Care Delivered LLC.

Caring for a loved one can be deeply personal, demanding, and at times overwhelming. That experience helped shape the kind of company OCD Care Group is meant to be: dependable, respectful, compassionate, and focused on helping people remain safe and supported at home.
